Painted with the same durable glass paint I use for stemware, the votive design is baked to permanently fuse the paint with the glass.

** Tip for removing candle wax that has burned down inside the holder: place unlit votive holder in freezer for about 1 hour, take out and turn upside down, the wax will pop out easily :)
