History (and mission) of the "Willies Vineyard" Wine Glass--
For several years, I had the pleasure of getting to know an amazing lady, named "Willie" Leone. Her bright and charming spirit was captivating, not only to me, but to every one else she met.

Years ago, I had given her one of my hand painted grapevine design wine glasses to use (and keep) at a family picnic. After her passing, I was told that this became her favorite wine glass. What an honor! Upon learning this, I will dedicate 20% of profits from sales of the "Willie's Vineyard" wine glasses to one of her favorite philanthropic efforts, Pennsylvania State University College of Arts and Architecture Willie Leone endowed scholarship fund in Music and Dance.

Willie had a very loving and giving soul, and she created this special scholarship for students who were in the Music and Dance program. The scholarship provides much needed additional financial support to the students, so they can continue to follow their dreams and share their gift of the beauty of dance and music with the world, as she had done as a skater in the Ice Follies, before she became a wife and mother of four.

I also feel that this special grapevine themed wine glass is symbolic of her efforts to continue to reach out and help these students to persevere and continue to 'bear fruit' with their special gifts of dance and music.
